SUSPECTED cannabis plants worth up to £145,000 have been seized from a home in Aberdeenshire.
Grampian Police drug squad discovered the "cannabis factory" at a property in Stonehaven with approximately 360 plants growing.

A 33-year-old Chinese man has been arrested in connection with the recovery and a report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.

It is thought the plants have a potential street value of around £145,000.

Police suspect there may be other cannabis factories within the Grampian area and are urging the public to remain vigilant and immediately report any suspicious activity.
