MEMBERS of the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo have welcomed the latest arrival to the capital’s port – the ARC Gloria, a historic Colombian tall ship built by the nation’s navy in the 1960s.

The vessel is one of the largest ships of its kind still in service, and will stop at Ocean Terminal for a four-day public visit.

The ARC Gloria, manned by a crew of 150, has already docked in Portugal, Germany and the Netherlands as part of a goodwill tour.
